    We met 8 years ago (December 2005) at St. Francis Animal Sanctuary in Tylertown, MS during Hurricane Katrina animal relief where Sean was deployed as part of Best Friends Animal Society rescue efforts . Queenie came down to volunteer during a winter break from grad school. Queenie worked with the cats while Sean worked with the dogs during the day.
